plusone is a relaxed dining spot in vilnius, where contemporary european food meets a deep love for natural wine. our menu is meant for sharing — thoughtful, bold, and built around ingredients that speak for themselves. think roast beef in pepper sauce, beef tartare with black garlic, baked ramiro peppers with burrata, and house-made hummus with herb salsa and harissa.

we independently import all our wines, working directly with small producers across europe. the result is a wine list unlike any other in lithuania — rooted in natural farming, minimal intervention, and real character. we’re not here to shock with funk, but to offer bottles that are clean, deep, fresh, and full of energy. our team knows the wines like old friends and loves to share what’s inside each bottle.
